The Ballet Alliance’s annual four-day Festival is a transformative event that brings member dancers together for master classes with renowned instructors, inspiring seminars, and valuable performance opportunities.
It offers unmatched exposure to recruiters from top ballet schools, companies, and university programs—often leading to scholarships, early admissions, and professional contracts. With over $100,000 in scholarships awarded each year, the Festival plays a key role in shaping the future of aspiring dancers.
Leading up to the Festival, The Ballet Alliance implements a strategic Evaluation process, ensuring tailored support for each member company.
We carefully select a distinguished Festival Artistic Director (or panel) who then partners directly with the member company’s Artistic Director. This collaboration begins with an initial consultation to discuss needs and goals. Following this, an in-person Evaluation offers direct observation and feedback on training, choreography, board development, or other company needs.
This developing relationship culminates in a dynamic Festival partnership, fostering significant growth and elevating standards.
